This little site exists to present data related to Melbourne Disc Golf Club shop.

Public info

This stuff is considered publically available.

• Inventory - Browse current stock levels.
• Google Products - Google Merchant Center product feed.
• Event registrations - Tournament signups.
• Casual round fees - Social Day casual player fee purchases.

Protected info

This stuff contains more personal details, so is restricted to club admins.

• Memberships - Membership purchases.
• Customers - Customer directory.
• Shippit Labels - Outstanding shipping orders, as Shippit bulk-import CSV.

(Cloudflare will ask for your email address. If you're on "the list", it will email you a verification code. If you're not on the list, it will just pretend to email you a verification code.)

Fetching data from Square

The data on this site is pulled from our Square account, using the Square API, then published as a static website.

Scheduled updates

The "Sync Square data" process runs automatically, 4 times per day.

Triggering it manually

Club board members with sufficient access can trigger it manually, using the "Run workflow" button in GitHub Actions. Note that it takes about 1 minute for this site to update after the "Sync" is complete.
